چکیده
Abstract The major shortcoming in the extraction of electrical energy occurs due to partial shading over a limited area vast spread solar panels underpinning reduction efficiency. A number are interconnected series and parallel form photovoltaic (PV) array for large power plants shadow single cell deteriorates overall performance. As consequence, several peaks added P-V curve causing hotspots PV panels, degradation system, collapse tracking algorithms. In order minimize such issues an effective optimization technique is developed by reconfiguring which capable reaching full global point system under conditions. study proposes particle swarm (PSO) using characteristics Quaid-e-Azam Solar Plant (QASP) Punjab, Pakistan 1 . PSO, connections modules changed keeping their physical locations unaltered aiming improve performance system. After reconfiguration, algorithm finds best combination equalizing row currents followed comparison current, voltages, panels. proposed PSO proved be efficient method very less computational time increasing output shaded modules.

Optimal Reconfiguration of Solar Photovoltaic Arrays Using a Fast Parallelized Particle Swarm Optimization in Confront of Partial Shading
Partial shading reduces the power output of solar modules, generates several peak points in P-V and I-V curves and shortens the expected life cycle of inverters and solar panels. Electrical array reconfiguration of PV arrays that is based on changing the electrical connections with switching devices, can be used as a practical solution to prevent such problems. Valuable studies have been perfor...
